Build the Foundations of your Yoga Practice

You will learn the most common asanas (postures), learn some yogic history and develop an understanding of basic pranayama methods (breathing skills) and receive an introduction to the practice of meditation.

This is a 1 hour class held once a week for 6 consecutive weeks.  As each class has a set program there is no opportunity for make ups if you miss a week.

This course is subject to minimum numbers.  If the minimum number is not reached your booking into the course will be transferred to the next 6 course dates.  So join up with a friend and build on your yoga journey together!
