Experience a modern twist on Kundalini Yoga.  

Kundalini yoga is a powerful yogic tradition that was kept secret for thousands of years.  It combines dynamic movement (asana), with pranayama (breath) and mantra (sacred sound) to move and clear the energy channels of the body.

Kundalini is believed to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and bring the mind, body and spirit into balance.  It is called the Yoga of Awareness.  It will free you from your subconscious fears and self-imposed limitations.  It will access a strength you’re not even aware you have and put you on a path of freedom and purpose.  

Be prepared to challenge yourself, move energy and sweat it out.  No experience necessary.

This is an energetic practice.  
Like all yoga practice ensure you do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours prior.
