Gently paced to align and calm mind, body and spirit.    This traditional class encourages alignment of the body together with breathing and mediation techniques to help you develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time.  There is extra care, with occasional hands on assists, helping you to find a little more ease and comfort in your practice.   Leave class feeling lengthened, balanced and relaxed.

This is an express 45min class to help find calm and balance in the middle of your day.
