A rigorous and disciplined shortened sequence in the Primary Series will challenge and strengthen.  This is an intermediate class with an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.  Ashtanga cleanses both the body and the mind, it will build your power from the core, out into your muscles and limbs. Ashtanga is a powerful tool for self-transformation, by the end of this class you will feel a sense of achievement, fulfillment and inner peace.
