This is a shortened 45min class - perfect to fit in with your morning break!
Dynamic breath guided movement at a fluid pace to increase body heat and build strength. Classes will include vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances and backbends, with a focus on gaze points. Excellent for those that find sweating and movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class. Modifications are given allowing you to choose the practice level that suits you.
