Relax and rejuvenate through supported postures.  This class reminds you to slow down.  You will learn to invite restoration both physically and mentally, to open the door to a more healthy and balanced lifestyle.  Shed away tensions and stresses by learning how to quiet the mind of mental chatter to give your body and mind TLC to find a state of true rest.  Perfect class to heal your body and mind.  The use of bolsters, blocks and blankets create a deeply relaxing and comfortable space.
