A workshop to explore meditation in its various forms. There is no one size fits all and this workshop seeks to demystify what meditation is and make it accessible to everyone.

We will explore a few meditation styles over the 90 minutes.

These techniques are included in the meditation component of our 6-week Foundation Series. One of the most popular weeks in the course! If you have done it before, perhaps you may wish to join us for this workshop as a refresher for your meditation practice.  

This workshop is included FREE for our students holding an active Unlimited or MINI Membership as a special member gift for you.

For all other students please purchase a Casual Pass to attend.

Please come dressed in comfortable loose clothing.
Socks and layers can be helpful if you get cool.
