This is a heated class - Warm 30 degrees.
For those who want to kickstart the day with a boost of high energy and vitality.

This is a flowing class with dynamic movement linking one posture to the next. There is a focus on breath, and movement as you build stability, strength, coordination, balance and awareness.  This active class helps to still the mind in readiness for focus and meditation. 

Modifications are given to suit your level of comfort.

Please ensure you are well hydrated prior to class and bring a water bottle with you and two towels. Warm Vinyasa is a good way to prepare for Hot Vinyasa if you are working up to that class.
