This room is warmed but not hot as a good introduction to a heated class at a slower guided pace. You will still build up a sweat!

Burn calories, build strength, increase stamina, improve circulation and fire up your metabolism in this Far-Infrared Radiant heated class.   Discover how quickly your body will become more flexible, relaxed and be able to move more freely!  Bring a spare towel and come prepared to sweat!  It is important to be well hydrated before you attend and ensure you have a full water bottle handy during class.  For optimal results we recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours beforehand.
