This HOT class is in the style of Power Vinyasa: An empowering, quick moving class with an emphasis on building strength and endurance. This is the class for those wanting a challenge.  Excellent for those that find sweating and movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class. You will walk out of class with the strength and clarity to take on the physical and mental demands of life.  
Modifications are given allowing you to choose the practice level that suits you.
Bring a spare towel and come prepared to sweat!  It is important to be well hydrated before you attend and ensure you have a full water bottle handy during class.  For optimal results we recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours beforehand.
