Yoga with weights? Whaaaaat?

We have light hand weights 1kg or 2kg to use (or not use) during the class.

Build lean muscle and tone up with this low impact cardio and light weight practice.  This class invigorates the whole body with the benefit of the cardio increasing your metabolism, the perfect balance between yoga and fitness.

This is a heated warm (30c) class where you will gain maximum benefit in less time! Join us for a fun flow!
