Burn calories, build strength, increase stamina, improve circulation and fire up your metabolism in this Far-Infrared Radiant heated class.   Discover how quickly your body will become more flexible, relaxed and be able to move more freely!  Bring a spare towel and come prepared to sweat!  It is important to be well hydrated before you attend and ensure you have a full water bottle handy during class.  For optimal results we recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours beforehand. 

This warm class is in the style of Vinyasa:
Dynamic breath guided movement at a fluid pace to increase body heat and build strength.    Classes will include vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances and backbends, with a focus on gaze points.  Excellent for those that find sweating and movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class.  Modifications are given allowing you to choose the practice level that suits you.
